MASSH AI Services ("we", "us"), a trading name of MASSH GROUP LTD, is based in Hayes, London, UK. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• The service you're enquiring about and the details of your message

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll add a cookie notice and ask for your consent before anything is set.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you've asked for. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

Legal basis

We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and, where you become a client, on the basis of performance of a contract with you.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our website's own backend, hosted on Cloudflare, and delivered to us by email via Resend, a transactional email service. Both handle your data solely to get your enquiry to us and don't use it for any other purpose. You can read their privacy policies at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy and resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not share your data with any other third party unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own record-keeping. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we aim to delete it within 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
